Trip rescheduled

We had a trip scheduled to go to Acuna and work on the Church @ Fundadores, but plans changed and we had to cancel. We were loading the van to go and we got a call from Ron's sister that his mom had a heart attack on Christmas night and she was in the hospital and not doing very well. Well, it brought back some bad memories for me because 2 years ago when we were in Mexico, my mom went into the hospital with chest pains and so we decided to cancel the trip and go on to Ohio that night. We had a couple good days with Ron's mom and she passed away on Tuesday. The Lord knows best and is in control. We originally were planning on leaving Friday @ 3:00 pm. We would have been on the road Friday night, but we changed the time to Sat. I had been struggling with this trip from the beginning and it just wasn't coming together. Now I know why. We weren't supposed to go. I am working on our next trips though. We are taking one in April 6 to work on the downtown Church. We will be putting a 2nd story on it. They are out of room. Then later in the summer we will be planning a trip to Eagle Pass, Texas to help the Church there work on their building. If you are interested in either of these trips, contact us. Or, if you would like to help coordinate and help with a trip, let us know. I could use some help and expertise. I am trying to be more organized and prepared.
